New World Mall’s Food Court

One weekend afternoon, my parents and I decided to make the drive into Flushing for lunch. We met my sister at the food court of New World Mall. Located on the lower level, you’ll find over 32 food vendors.

There’s a wide variety of Asian and Southeast Asian cuisines where food stalls offer Malaysian, Thai, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Taiwanese specialties.

It was my first time at this food court and I didn’t know where to start. I took a look at all the stall before making a choice. My family is really good at sharing various dishes so we can try as much as possible.

This is a great place to get handmade dumplings and noodles.

We made a stop at one of the few take-out places right across the mall where you’ll find freshly made Chinese food and snacks at great prices. We brought home some roasted duck buns, fried garlic peanuts, and pork dumplings. It’s a must before we leave Flushing!
