It was a Wednesday night and I was ready to enjoy my first night in my Miami! The first event was taking place at LIV located inside the Fountainbleau Miami Beach hotel. It’s situated on oceanfront Collins Avenue in the heart of Millionaire’s Row and considered the most luxurious hotel in Miami Beach. The historical hotel opened in 1954 and was designed by Morris Lapidus. It is said to be the most significant building of Lapidus’s career.

Upon entering the hotel, you’re greeted by the vibrant colors of the Bleau Bar located in the lobby. It’s been long regarded as the meeting place of the stars, but I was only here for a few cocktails before heading into the night club.

I enjoyed a couple cocktails and met some cool people. Everybody was out for a good time.
It was time to head into LIV for Super You & Me. A superhero themed party with Oliver Twizt, Zedd, Medeon, and Laidback Luke. The place was huge with lights pulsing throughout the high ceiling. As soon as you enter, you’ll see the massive dance floor downstairs and a sea of dancing bodies. The VIP rooms lined the entire second floor.

I managed to make my way through the crowded floor and find a spot near the center of the DJ booth. Madeon was finishing up his set and it was time for Laidback Luke to come on.

The music was loud, the lights were bright, and everybody was going nuts…even Mario!

Super You & Me was an awesome time! What a way to start Music Week. It was already a long day for me and I was looking forward to tomorrow’s events. I also happened to lose my driver’s license the very first night. Oops! Good thing my parents were able to overnight my passport. Thanks!
