Torishin

A Michelin-starred yakitori restaurant can be found in the Upper East Side. That restaurant is Torishin. In Japanese, Tori means “chicken” or “bird”, and Shin means “spirit”. The main attraction are the charcoal-grilled skewers of poultry made to order and served hot off the grill.
