It was a nice Saturday afternoon. I ended up sleeping in a bit after an unexpectedly late night, but you’re in Vegas so it was all good.

I met up with my cousin and we decided to have lunch at Mon Ami Gabi located in the Paris hotel. This charming French bistro serves up French classics and everything is freshly prepared.

We ordered a couple glasses of white wine and I was more than ready for some food.

My cousin had the Corned Beef Hash and Eggs which he really enjoyed during a previous visit.

The bread was soft and the salty and slightly tart flavors all worked will with the tender chicken.
