All those Minnesota State Fair eats made me thirsty, so I went to the Surly Brewing Company for an excellent selection of beer. Opened in December 2014, the large bustling beer hall offers tavern grub and its own micro brews. They offer as many as 24 Surly beers on tap at any given time. They recently opened Surly Pizza upstairs.
