Millers All Day, Pineapple Tours, and Revelry Brewing Co.

My first night in Charleston started off with a yummy Italian dinner and great cocktails. My second day began with breakfast at Millers All Day. The all day breakfast spot prides themselves with small batch grains, perfectly turned eggs, delicious proteins, and craft cocktails

I liked the bright retro look of the restaurant.

I sat at the bar and ordered the refreshing Cucumber Collins made with gin, cucumbers, sage, and lemon.

For my first meal of the day, I went with the B.E.C. Sandwich made with bacon, white cheddar, scrambled eggs, and herb mayo on an everything brioche bun.

The creation was utter breakfast sandwich perfection. The fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheese, brioche bun – so good! The home fries were great and I couldn’t get enough of their homemade honey mustard on the side.

There’s also a bakery on site and I couldn’t resist trying one of their baked goods. The Brown Coconut Cream Pie was a delicious sweet end to my meal. Nothing wrong with dessert for breakfast!

Breakfast at Millers All Day was super tasty and the service was great.

The sun was shining and it was turning into a beautiful day. I walked back towards the hotel to the Charleston Visitors Center for the City Bus Tour with the Pineapple Tour Group.

The 90-minute tour was a great way to see the historic streets, beautiful buildings, and nice churches in Charleston while riding in a comfortable air-conditioned shuttle. You get to see some of the city’s most significant landmarks like Rainbow Row, The Battery and Battery Row Homes, and White Point Gardens.

After the lovely tour, it was time for some local brews. I went to Revelry Brewing Company where they have a nice rooftop patio.

I asked about flights, but they’re only served at the downstairs bar. I wanted to stay on the patio and decided to order a couple full size drafts. You’re more than welcome to bring the flights upstairs though. I enjoyed the Lefty Loosey, a West Coast Style IPA and Poke The Bear, an American pale ale. Cheers, Charleston!

It was almost time for lunch and one of the best barbecue joints in the city was nearby.
