Cadejo Brewing Company

We enjoyed a lovely beach day earlier, and now it was time to go out one last time for our final night in El Salvador. Our good friend offered to take us to Cadejo Brewing Company in San Salvador. I was excited to try some local craft beer!

We all ordered a beer sampler. It included 6 Cadejo brews for only $5. Cheers! No surprise that I was a fan of their IPA! We also had a sampler of their seasonal offerings.

The popular brewpub also has a food menu offering wings, barbecue, burgers, and tacos. We tried the fries, onion rings, wings, spring rolls, a burger, and a couple pizzas. It was all good and perfect beer food.

Dinner at Cadejo Brewing Company was a great way to conclude our time in El Salvador. A big thank you to Juan Carlos for bringing us!

The following morning, it was time for everybody to catch their flights home. I had the last flight out and was granted a late checkout, so I spent some time at the hotel pool after breakfast.

I also had time to have pasta with salmon for lunch at the hotel’s patio restaurant before going to the airport. And one more sangria of course!

Eventually it was off to El Salvador International Airport to catch my evening flight to JFK Airport. It was an incredible, fulfilling time in El Salvador. Hoping to return next year!
