After a pretty filling lunch at Eataly, we walked around a bit before heading to Sushi of Gari for an omakase dinner. Now you’re not going to find the traditional nigiri here. The sushi here is a bit more unique and represents a more modern version. Each piece of nigiri is served with various toppings and sauces.
