It was a perfect day for a ball game! The San Diego Padres were playing the Colorado Rockies and I was excited to check out Petco Park. Opening in 2004, this ballpark replaced the Jack Murphy/Qualcomm Stadium as the home park of the Padres who previously shared the stadium with the San Diego Chargers.

Padres vs Rockies
Located behind the outfield fence, the “Park at the Park” is a small area that allows fans to sit and watch games on the lawn. Tickets range from $15-$25. Prices are based on demand and quality of the opponent.
