A new city means I have to do a food tour! Hong Kong is loaded with fabulous and unique eats. I narrowed it down to a few companies and decided to do a tour with Eating Adventures. The Kowloon Food Tour is offered daily starting at 2pm and costs $HK690 per adult (around $88 US). They also offer tours for Hong Kong Island and Sham Shui Po.
It was just me and a lovely couple from Japan that day. We stopped at some great local restaurants around Mong Kok to try some must-try dishes like roast goose, egg tarts, soft tofu, snake soup, dim sum, and various street snacks. Yea, I said snake soup! Walking around the wet markets was really cool. Our guide, Yan, was friendly and enthusiastic with lots of information to share about Hong Kong’s food scene. Check out the pics!
This was easily one of the highlights of my trip! If you only have time to do one food tour while you’re in Hong Kong, book a tour with Eating Adventures. You won’t be disappointed!
