I was able to see so much of Macau and it was nonstop since the moment I stepped off the ferry. It was time for dinner and Fanny brought me to one of her favorite restaurants, Miramar.
The restaurant located along Hac Sa Beach serves Portuguese cuisine and has a variety of wine, cheese, beer, olive oil, and codfish from Portugal.
It seemed like the place to be, it was packed.
While we were waiting for our table, we ordered a pitcher of Red Sangria and enjoyed a couple glasses at a small table near the side of the restaurant. Saúde!
After a bit of waiting, we were seated at an outdoor table out front.
I trusted Fanny with the ordering since it was one of her spots.
We were given some complimentary bread and olives shortly after sitting down.
We ordered a couple dishes. First up, the Chef Style Clams. Oh man, they were soooooo delicious! They were covered in a garlic cream sauce and were absolutely addicting.
The other dish was the Suckling Pig with French Fries.
The meat was tender and the skin was so crispy. Another great dish.
Dinner was incredible and it was time to head back to the ferry terminal and head back to Kowloon. I had such a wonderful time in Macau. Thank you so much, Fanny!
Goodbye, Macau.
