One afternoon I took a train to Ginza which is a neighborhood in Tokyo known for its upscale shopping, dining, department stores, and other luxurious offerings. I wanted to buy a few shirts at the world’s largest Uniqlo, but first I stopped by Tonkatsu Ginza Bairin for lunch. It may have been the best tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlet) I had during my entire trip!
After enjoying my perfectly crisp and tender pork cutlet, I walked over to the massive Uniqlo Ginza on the main street to hopefully buy a few souvenirs. The flagship store has 12 floors! I took several escalators up to the top floor where they offer a large selection of exclusive t-shirts.
After some shopping and lunch in Ginza, I headed back to Shibuya.
