The previous day involved seeing the Devils at SAP Center and finally trying In-N-Out for the very first time, and for my final day in San Jose I was really in the mood for some Korean food. It was the end of my two-week Vegas and Cali trip, so I may have slept in a bit. Once I was up and ready, I stopped by Omogari for lunch.
The casual Korean corner restaurant serves grilled meats, fresh kimchi, and offers lunch specials. I skipped the lunch deals and decided to order the Kimchi Pancake (pajeon) and Beef Short Ribs (galbi). Yea, it was a quite a bit of food for one person, but it was delicious and hit the spot! No shame in the solo dining game! 😉
After my tasty Korean lunch, I decided to check out The Tech Museum of Innovation. “The Tech” located in Silicon Valley is an interactive museum and considered one of the premier museums of science and technology in the country.
It was a nice day of walking around downtown San Jose for a bit. I was looking forward to some cocktails later that night.
