Here it is! The dinner that started my sushi omakase seeking obsession. I enjoyed my tasting menu birthday gift at Degustation from my sister so much, I thought it would be cool to try another one. This time, at a sushi restaurant. After some research, I came upon Sushi Azabu and saw that they offered an omakase. What’s an omakase? I soon found out that it was a meal left in the chef’s hands and it would soon spark my interest in trying omakases all over the city.
