There was one sushi restaurant I really wanted to try and kept putting off for no particular reason. That restaurant is Sasabune in the Upper East Side. I’ve heard great things about it and the majority of the reviews seemed to highly praise their sushi. As soon as you come upon the entrance, you know you are in for simple, no frills sushi.
