Hash House A Go Go

It was the morning of my Grand Canyon tour and I wanted a solid breakfast before heading out. Inside The LINQ, you’ll find one of the most popular breakfast spots, Hash House A Go Go.

Make your way through the casino and you’ll spot the sign over a set of stairs leading up to the restaurant.

I had to try Andy’s Sage Fried Chicken Benedict with fresh spinach, hardwood smoked bacon, market tomato, griddled mozzarella, chipotle cream and scrambled eggs.

Take caution, the portions of everything here are enormous! This dish alone was good for at least 2 people.

There were lots of flavors going on, but it was all pretty good. The chicken was crispy and tender. The chipotle cream serves as the hollandaise sauce which had a nice kick to it. The bacon was crispy and the biscuits were more of a fluffy bread type instead of the buttery flaky type. If you can manage to get a bit of everything in one bite, it was a tasty combination.

I tried my best, but could only finish about half.

Done!

Hash House A Go Go is a hip chain serving creative and hearty breakfast and brunch dishes. Bring your appetite! Now that I probably weigh 5lbs heavier, it was time to hop on a shuttle and head off to the Grand Canyon helicopter tour!
