This is Part 2 of the Elephant Manhout Experience. After riding through the jungle for a bit, we made our way to the river to swim and bathe the elephants!

It was a another short trek through the woods and across a highway to get to the river.

My sister was pretty convinced that she was going to skip this part and not go in the river. Well, that didn’t happen!

It was time to take our shoes off and get wet!
Bath Time!
It was so much fun hanging out with everybody in the river. We tried our best to ward off the river’s mild current and scrub our new friends with a brush.
Rub-A-Dub-Dub
Before leaving, we took one last ride on Wondee in the river.
One Last Ride
We got out of the river and were brought back up the hill by car to change and rinse off. What an amazing afternoon!
It was an hour ride back to Chiang Mai. It was a good time to relax a bit. Our guide and driver were awesome! Such a fun-filled day with unforgettable experiences! A big thank you to our guide, Ji, and our great driver.
