I gotta say, it is so nice to have a delicious Korean option nearby! Whether it’s for takeout or delivery, Kimchi Mama in Fair Lawn does not disappoint! We ordered through GrubHub one night for dinner.

Delivery was on time and everything was packaged neatly. We had no problem meeting the delivery minimum of $20. We shared an order of the vegetable dumplings (mandu). They were hot and crispy, served with a tangy soy dipping sauce.

There are some vegan-friendly options. My sister enjoyed the japchae – glass noodles made from sweet potatoes with seasonal vegetables, soy sauce, and stir fried with sesame oil.

I had the bibimbap, the popular Korean dish with lots of vegetables and an egg over steamed rice. I went with the Marinated Beef Bowl which also had slices of marinated ribeye.

The dish came with banchan and the red pepper paste sauce, gochujang, on the side.
Enoki Mushrooms
I had to try their panjeon – a Korean style pancake with vegetables. It was nice and crispy.
Pajeon
Dinner was a hit. Everything was very tasty. Kimchi Mama makes for a great option with it’s authentic Korean dishes, convenient location, and prompt delivery. Be sure to check it out if you’re craving Korean food!
