The Best Dishes of 2017

As 2018 approaches, it’s time to look back at the most memorable dishes of 2017! These were the tasty eats that made a lasting impression and accomplished quite the foodgasm. It’s no surprise that this year was full of incredible eats with trips to Austin, Boston, Detroit, Tennessee, Vermont, Minnesota, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan. Whew!

In no particular order, here are some of my favorite dishes of 2017!

There you have it! I’m sure there were a few more dishes that could have been on this list, but I really tried to narrow it down which was super difficult this year. Looking forward to see what wonderful dishes 2018 will bring!
