What was one of the most fun things I did in Berlin? Attend a Pro Handball game of course! The professional handball club, Füchse Berlin, had a game at Max-Schmeling-Halle arena the Saturday I was in Berlin. I am so glad I got a ticket for it!
As soon as I entered the arena, it was nonstop. There was a DJ, the dance music was loud, the fans were cheering, and the place was packed! There was a band, cheerleaders, and lots of fire! Who knew handball could be so intense!
I had a great seat just a few rows from the court. The game is fast moving with high scores. Most of the fans were wearing their Füchse Berlin jerseys and constantly cheering.
I had a blast at this event! And the home team ended up winning! Afterwards, I ran off and made my way to a meeting point for a craft beer tour.
