I went back to Vegas to celebrate my very first 311 Day with two amazing concerts on back-to-back nights and watch the New Jersey Devils take on the Golden Knights at T-Mobile Arena! I met up with an old friend, made some new ones, and enjoyed some awesome eats. Always a good time in Sin City!

I’m Back: From Vegas to San Jose
So I decided to spend my 30th birthday weekend in Vegas! It took me about 9 years to come back and I have to say, sin city still satisfies. The most noticeable difference since my last visit was the food scene. A number of top restaurants and famous chefs have made their mark along the strip, along with a few new nightclubs. Here are a few of the restaurants I tried, a couple fun experiences, and one amazing helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon!
