June 2016 – This year’s conference was in San Diego! I haven’t been since I visited family years ago. We relaxed on beautiful beaches, got up close to the seals in La Jolla, caught a game at Petco Park, had a sushi fix with Chef Ota himself, and I met up with relatives I haven’t seen in a very long time. With our downtown hotel near the Gaslamp Quarter, we were within walking distance of great food and bars!
