The Dry-Aged Burger at Naše Maso


I wasn’t expecting that one of the best burgers I’ve ever had would be in Prague. I spent the majority of that day exploring the gorgeous city with Urban Adventures, now it was time to go out for dinner.

Prague I walked to Naše Maso, a small butcher shop that smokes and prepares quality meats and sausages from Czech breeds.

They can also grill or warm up anything from the counter, so it’s a fantastic little spot to grab a bite.

I heard they offered one of the best burgers in town, so I lined up and ordered their dry-aged hamburger with cheese.

The space is small, so if you decide to dine in there’s only a few small tables for seating. There’s one larger table reserved for a special butcher’s dinner only offered Monday to Wednesday with a ticket purchase.

I ordered a beer, grabbed a cup, and used the beer tap in the corner. I shared one of the small tables with a nice local who didn’t mind.

After a bit, my burger was ready. It looked really, really good.

Dry-Aged Burger

The burger had a thick dry-aged beef patty, red onions, pickles, mayonnaise, and a layer of grilled cheese. It’s cooked rare, and rare only. It was simple and absolutely delicious! One of the best burgers I’ve ever tried, hands down!

I could have eaten a second burger easily, but I held back and decided to save some room for cocktails. Their steaks and tartare looked amazing too. Naše Maso is a must-try when in Prague!
