After a couple years of traveling to Asia, it was back to Europe! My first stop was a fantastic 24-hour stopover in Lisbon, Portugal where I rode a Vespa with a local, tried the iconic pastel de nata, enjoyed a great seafood lunch, random eats at the Time Out Market, a Michelin-starred modern Portuguese dinner, and live Fado music and bar hopping with another local. What a day!
